Become an Advisor

Being an Advisor for a Chapter is an experience of a lifetime. In most cases, parents of our current members take an active role in their son's DeMolay experience while others have continued to stay involved after their son has reached the age of 21 and aged out.

Who's Involved

Any adult who is 21+ can become an advisor. We have moms, dads, aunts, uncles, brothers and sisters all taking part in working with our members.

Advisor Training

Pennsylvania DeMolay adheres to strict youth worker guidelines mandated by the state of Pennsylvania as well as DeMolay International. Every potential advisor goes through a background check and PA State clearances prior to working with youth.

Every advisor is part of an advisory board of a local Chapter or Manor or as an advisor at-large where they serve the state.

The Next Steps

Getting involved as an advisor is extremely easy. The first step is to locate a Chapter near you and inquire about getting involved as an advisor.
