We’re bringing our 36th Annual KeyMan Conference to you!
The KeyMan program has found success in its innovative and interactive approach of DeMolay and Leadership training. In previous conferences, our attendees would build their Chapters from the ground up, establishing officers, events, budgets, and having a little bit of fun along the way!
Since our world has changed the way we experience DeMolay over the past two years, KeyMan is coming directly to you, and putting the control in our members hands! For 2021, every Pennsylvania DeMolay Chapter will receive a KeyMan Reboot Box loaded with your very own reboot guide of tools, techniques and ideas to reboot your Chapter as well as some exciting activities to get your members involved.
The goal of this singular: HAVE FUN. Seriously, if we aren’t having fun with our DeMolay Chapters, we’re doing something wrong. Make an evening out of it, order pizza (or Lobster… just invite your KeyMan staff for that one!) and make. it. fun!
Some easy ways to get your Chapter back into things:
- Watch our Summits from 2020
- Fun activities that you have never done before.
- Special KeyMan Keynote access from 2020.
- Work with our Reboot Guide, your fellow members and advisors and HAVE FUN!
When you receive the kits, share the events out with your members and advisors and get them involved. The kits will be available for download in August 2021 as well for our friends from all over DeMolay!
