High Intensity Learning & Even Higher Intensity Fun.
KeyMan is the longest continuously run youth leadership conference in all of DeMolay. Since its humble start in 1986, KeyMan has been host to over 1,500 attendees from Pennsylvania and beyond.
KeyMan is a week-long event focused on preparing young men to be better leaders, brothers, and community members.
With a world-class facility, expert education from those who practice their craft, and friendships that last a lifetime, KeyMan University stands out as the premier youth leadership conference in DeMolay International.

We use an interactive approach to leadership development.
Our tried and true approach to DeMolay leadership development is based on giving our attendees opportunities to learn through doing. We incorporate team-building activities, guided learning, and real-world Chapter-based decision making.
Every attendee is a member of a KeyMan Chapter for the week, where they plan activities from committee meetings to prospect events and everything in between.
Attendees have the opportunity to further develop specialized skills as part of “minor programs” based on their level of DeMolay experience, interests, and program availability.
We take a back-to-basics approach to DeMolay education, making sure every attendee leaves KeyMan with a core education in Chapter functionality to take home with them.
Attendees take part in a charitable service project that has a direct impact on the local community. They can take this sense of dutiful accomplishment back with them to inspire their brothers to serve at home.
