On November 15th, 2015, Friendship-Bray Chapter installed their newly elected officers for the ensuing term. Brother Nasir Crews, a member of DeMolay for 4 years, was installed as Master Councilor of the chapter. As Nasir said in his speech, this term is all about growth and building the chapter to be successful for many years to come. The officers and advisors are very excited about path the chapter is following. Good things are coming for FBC chapter in the very near future.
Brother Gabriel Schaeffer, most recent Past Master Councilor of the Chapter was awarded his Past Master Councilor’s Jewel for a very successful term in office. Several members of the chapter received awards that were earned at the annual Key Man Conference. Such awards included were the Lamp of Knowledge, among other merit bars.
“Mom” Tammy Freedman, a hardworking advisor for Friendship-Bray Chapter, was privileged to receive the Cross of Honor on this day. “Mom” Freedman is in her 5th year working with Friendship-Bray Chapter and has served in a variety of roles on the Advisory Council. It is for these reasons and so many more, that she has been designated to receive such an outstanding honor for her unselfish and devoted service to the Order of DeMolay. Congratulations to “Mom” Tammy Freedman! The Cross of Honor ceremony was conferred by Brothers Eric Dye; DSMC, Adam Pritchard; SMC, Gabriel Schafer; PMC of FBC and Evan Ippolito; PMC of FBC and the presentation was made by “Dad” Tom Labagh, Executive Officer in Pennsylvania on behalf of DeMolay International.
